About the Team The UK Business Insight Team is a newly developed team, responsible for driving data-driven decision-making processes and supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives. The team works as a trusted analytics partner to the business, providing insights from past performance and enhancing future planning details. About the Role The Commercial Insight Manager will play a key role in informing commercial journey decision-making by leveraging data-driven insights to enable effective, targeted execution decisions to be made. This role will be responsible for analysing internal data trends, evaluating business performance, supporting revenue growth, and providing actionable recommendations to the Strategy Analytics Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights. Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Planning Support Strategy Analytics Manager to shape and enhance the company’s business analytics and insights strategy. Collaborate daily with the Business Insights Team to ensure actionable insights are effectively integrated throughout the entire commercial process. Leverage internal data analysis to uncover emerging trends and identify growth opportunities. Regularly provide data-driven insights and partner with the VP Sales and Strategy Analytics Manager in identifying and implementing optimisation strategies. Data Analytics & Insights Design and implement advanced analytical models that form the foundation of the UKI Data Landscape. Ensure data is accurately captured, responsibly managed, and maintained at a high standard throughout its lifecycle, ensuring it remains trusted and reliable. Analyse large datasets to uncover patterns, correlations, and opportunities for business optimisation. Support the planning and forecasting cycles to be more data-driven, removing guesswork and where possible, using the synthesis of internal and external data to enhance forecasts. Reporting & Communication Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to business leads outlining key findings, insights, and strategic recommendations. Develop dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders and ensure data visualisation is timely and accurate. Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong data analytics capability. University degree preferable. Preferable Power BI and SQL knowledge. Ability to maintain objectivity and confidence in influencing stakeholders and comfortable taking a wider perspective whilst remaining focused on the details that matter to help others connect the dots.
