YMCA Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire are a small but fast growing and aspirational Housing Association who are carving a niche as the housing provider of choice for young adults in our area.

Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below. We are looking for a humble, hard-working and emotionally intelligent manager to support our small but dedicated team to operate our housing management functions such as lettings and rent management at our CMK Campus, move-on properties across Milton Keynes, and homes for care leavers in Northampton. You will have good housing management experience, strong organisational skills, an ability to manage a demanding workload, a friendly and approachable manner, and a commitment to providing the best possible quality service to young people. We will provide an inspiring and supportive environment, a role you can be proud of, and a chance to help young people to belong, contribute and thrive.

We are also a considerate employer, committed to staff wellbeing, and can be flexible about working hours depending on candidate needs and abilities so long as business needs are met.

The successful candidate will need to hold or be willing to work towards achieving a CIH Level 4 qualification or above. Along with a competitive salary we offer many employee benefits…. Salary up to £50k FTE depending on skills and experience. Available as a full or part-time role depending on candidate skills and experience and requirements.
