Resourcing and qualifying candidates Meeting deadlines and KPI’s as required by the business Scheduling and completing interviews/ placements Liaising with hiring managers, recruiters and other relevant stakeholders Communicating with candidates Upholding an excellent level of service Managing end-to-end process of recruitment (Full training will be provided!) Excellent Verbal Communication: Able to convey information clearly and persuasively in conversations and presentations. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Proficient at building and maintaining professional relationships with diverse individuals. Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating agreements and terms effectively and ethically with both clients and candidates. Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, with a keen attention to detail. Resilience and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to handle rejection and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining performance levels. Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Veterinary Recruitment! Ready to start?
