JOB TITLE: Education Disputes Lawyer PQE REQUIRED: 6+ PQE LOCATION: Cambridge SALARY: £DOE THE ROLE: Offering a genuine work / life balance along with a quality caseload, this is an opportunity not to be missed! This leading national practice is looking to appoint an experienced Education Disputes Lawyer to their growing team in Cambridge. The majority of the caseload involves education disputes and as the appointed Senior Associate you will be expected to advise on all types of education disputes matters including matters in involving SEN, Disability, SEND tribunal work on behalf of diverse clients of universities, colleges, academies to name a few. You will be running and managing files and providing advocacy where required as well as supporting the team on larger and more complex matters. THE CANDIDATE: Ideally the successful Solicitor will have at least 6 years PQE in handling their own caseload of education disputes and student issues work. You will have a genuine passion for education law and be looking for a top national law firm who are committed to ensuring a strong work/life balance and flexibility for employees.
