Coordinate all due diligence work-streams. Liaise with Advisers:
Serve as the main contact for advisers, brokers, and other stakeholders. Structure Deals:
Work with legal teams on SPAs and lead all M&A negotiations. Ensure Timely Completion:
Drive the timely completion of M&A opportunities. Plan Integrations:
Collaborate with internal teams to plan post-acquisition integrations. Report on Progress:
Produce regular reports and KPIs on M&A activities and integration milestones. Post-Completion Activities:
Ensure all post-completion activities are executed with the finance team. Candidate Profile: Experience:
Proven deals experience in real estate or property services. Leadership:
