Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Executive for EME, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the region. This is a key role that requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to make a substantial impact on the company's success. You will Drive new business across the EME region, executing strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers, aligning Flagright's solutions with their specific needs. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations. Conduct thorough market research, assess competitive landscapes, and identify potential clients, providing actionable feedback to enhance offerings. Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Sales and other teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with company goals. Provide regular reports on sales progress. Exceed sales targets, contributing to the ambitious goal of quadrupling revenue within two years. Apply innovative sales strategies and adapt to evolving market conditions and client needs. Must be based in/around London and authorized to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship (visa sponsorship is not available). Your profile Over 5 years of experience in senior sales, ideally within the SaaS or fintech sectors, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. In-depth knowledge of financial services, particularly in compliance, AML, and risk management, with familiarity with European and ME regulations being a plus. Have love for tech and capitalism. High agency and low ego. Skilled in prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a strong ability to showcase Return on Investment. Innovative, proactive, and thrives in the dynamic environment of fast-paced startups. Motivated by the potential for substantial earnings through performance-based incentives. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of building trust with clients at all levels. A collaborative team player who willingly supports and shares knowledge with colleagues.
