A central government client are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who can articulate their approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
This will be for a minimum of 6 months. Hybrid working pattern, with London office attendance required.
Daily rate circa £500 per day outside IR35. You must hold a current/valid SC clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
Automate infrastructure using AWS tools like Terraform.
Manage and orchestrate containerised applications using Kubernetes.
Ensure system reliability and scalability on AWS.
Collaborate with teams to foster continuous improvement.
Implement AWS and Kubernetes security best practices.
What They're Looking For:
Proven experience in a Senior DevOps role with a focus on AWS and Kubernetes.
Ability to explain the "how" and "why" behind technical decisions.
Inquisitive mindset to question current processes.
Proficiency with AWS services and Kubernetes.
Strong scripting skills and experience with Git.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
