Key Account Manager - Urology - Scotland

Our client is a Global Pharmaceutical company and has made its research and development a key element for its differentiation and driving force for its growth in the medical field.

Their focus is in five specialist therapy areas of Immunology, Oncology, Cardiovascular, CNS, and Dermatology.

We have an exciting new opportunity working as a Urology KAM at the location shown.

We are looking for a patient-focused individual who is passionate about making a difference to patient lives and using their expertise to optimise sales for this new business.

Are you a highly driven, customer-focused, proactive Key Account Manager with Specialist medicine experience? Additionally, do you have the ability to inspire, influence, and engage with a diverse range of senior stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders?

Responsibilities:

Previous/current Key Account Management experience from within the UK Pharmaceutical industry

Launch experience within a specialist therapy area

Experience of influencing and working with payers to identify and unlock local access barriers

Strong understanding of the local landscape and how it affects local delivery of healthcare

Excellent selling, negotiation, and networking skills

Exceptional Business Planning Skills; P&L management

Advanced influencing and negotiation skills

Strong analytical skills and high levels of curiosity - ability to turn data into insight (Business Planning)

Ability to demonstrate strong product and clinical knowledge

Willingness to step outside the traditional role on occasion to support the needs of the business
