We are offering a

£80,000

basic salary with an OTE of

£100,000

and a company car!

You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering manufacturer relationships, ensuring operational excellence while driving finance and cost control, and managing people. You must have strong leadership skills and a proven track record, as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to excel while ensuring adherence to policies, processes, legislation, and prioritizing customer and colleague health and safety.

You must drive a culture where the business succeeds by delivering the right products and services that meet customer needs, protect them from harm, and encourage future business. Acting with integrity at all times and building trust is crucial. You will have a strong track record as a General Manager within the sector, with proven success in new and used vehicle sales and a drive to achieve excellence by delivering both financial and customer-centric results. Working closely with our colleagues in the business to build long-term customer loyalty is our goal.
