Job Description Solution Architect E-Commerce Software Company Remote UK £80,000-£90,000 (Dependent on experience) Roc have partnered with a SaaS company that works with retailers and brands to drive fast growth and revolutionise their customer experience through fully customisable mobile apps. They are looking for a Solution Architect who will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and clients. Collaborate with the product, services, and commercial teams during the pre-sales process to tailor technical solutions that meet client needs. Lead customer-facing workshops, translating complex technical concepts into commercial benefits. Act as a trusted advisor, influencing prospects with compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase our platform's capabilities. Technical design of client solutions; this includes a lead role in pre-sales workshops, creating scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements/designs. Assist customers in understanding the benefits of a properly architected IT solution and the approaches and methods involved. Provide technical direction and guidance, development oversight, and support the successful delivery of projects. Provide technical problem resolution to complex issues. Forge strong client relationships, steering discussions to align our offerings with their strategic goals. Drive the creation of proposal documents and assist in the negotiation phases to secure new business. Offer insights into market trends and customer feedback to refine our go-to-market strategy and product offerings. Engage with international clients, particularly in the US and Australia, to expand our global footprint. What You'll Bring to the Team:

5+ years in a client-facing role within professional services or a consulting environment, with a proven track record in pre-sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders. Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset, capable of understanding and articulating the business value of IT solutions. Experience in e-commerce solutions architecture, with a knack for crafting compelling proposals that align with client budgets and expectations, and experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in a B2B2C environment. A background in Software Development. Proven track record and experience in architecture and solution design in e-commerce Solution Architecture.
