We are recruiting for two Patient Safety Partners to work with staff, patients, carers, and their families to improve safety throughout our organisation. The role will be based in the Wavertree head office with some travelling to sites. About us

Job responsibilities
Attend and participate in safety meetings such as our quarterly Safety First meeting. Be the voice of the patient and have the ability to advocate on their behalf. Help us to implement and participate in the new National Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF). Carry out our Primary Care accreditation visits. Support the safety training of staff. Help to develop the Patient Safety Partner role. Be involved in the co-production of innovative services. About you:
Recent experience of using Primary Care 24 services. Recent and relevant experience of being a patient or carer of someone using health services. Confident to share views on behalf of the wider community/groups of patients and provide opinions which may not just be your own. Contribute to discussions in large groups and have the ability to critically challenge our thinking in a constructive positive way. Respect and listen to other points of view and can tackle issues sensitively. Attend meetings at our Wavertree HQ and can spend time reading any preparation materials when required. Commit to providing four hours a month to the Patient Safety Partner role. We will:
Provide training to support the Patient Safety Partner role including safeguarding and information governance. Ensure that you have a dedicated contact to support you in the role. Ensure that any out of pocket and travel expenses are paid. Application Process:
