Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting role for an Employment Partner to join a leading and Top 40 ranked legal practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Partner looking for a move to join a national award-winning Employment team or a Principal Associate looking to progress their career further within a rapidly expanding and well-respected Employment team Within this Employment Partner role, you will be responsible for providing specialist employment law and HR advisory services to a broad range of clients on matters that may include: Disciplinaries Grievances Unfair Dismissals Discrimination TUPE Whistleblowing Redundancies Restructures As well as running your own Employment caseload with contacts created through your own network, you will be responsible for maintaining and building on the firm's loyal client base, taking part in BD and networking across Manchester. As a Partner, you will supervise more junior members of the Employment team in Manchester whilst continuing to provide professional and sound advice to a wide variety of your clients. The successful candidate for this Employment Partner role will ideally have 5+ years PQE, is driven in wanting to grow and develop the overall Employment department, is confident in their own ability and has excellent client care skills.
