Technical Production Manager - Brand Activations

Up to £50,000 + benefits Fantastic opportunity to join a leading events production company as an Event Production Manager with a technical bias. The Company This super creative events production company works with well-known brands in the fashion, retail, and drinks industries, delivering brand activations, festivals, and events across the UK with full end-to-end production and build in-house. They are growing accounts and T/O year on year and now have an exciting opportunity to join one of their dedicated account teams. The Role This role is dedicated to a fast-paced account that pushes creative boundaries. We are looking for an Event Production Manager with a strong technical background to act as the lead Production POC for the account. As Production Manager, you will lead each project, event, or activation, working collaboratively with internal departments and bringing in suppliers where needed. You will ensure that events and activations are produced, built, installed, and de-rigged on time and within the client budget, with a creative flair and a keen eye for detail. Strong technical capabilities in both scenic and AV are required. About You We are looking for strong event production experience as a technical Production Manager with a deep understanding of resourcing, production processes, timelines, and ensuring that projects stay on track and on budget. This is a fast-paced account where flexibility and tenacity are key, along with excellent time management and the ability to calmly spin many plates at the same time. A dynamic and positive approach is also essential. Any experience in reading or drawing in AutoCAD and Vectorworks would be an added advantage. This is a technical production role.
