Senior Staff Nurse - Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
Full time: 37.5 hours per week Permanent
Shift times: Monday - Sunday (flexibility required to work long days, Nights & weekends)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits
We're looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join the team on our Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). As a Senior Staff Nurse on our Paediatric Intensive Care unit, you'll take responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge nurse while developing, implementing and evaluating holistic care plans for children in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary team. We'll look to you to act as a role model and mentor to our junior/student nurses while using those same interpersonal skills to develop long standing relationships with children and their families.
