As the Head of Therapies, you will be at the forefront of leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding rehabilitation services. What you'll be working: Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. However, we understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to better suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible. What you'll be doing: Report to the Service Manager and be responsible for the strategic and professional direction of Therapy Services, ensuring all services are provided within the agreed level of activity, standards of performance, safety, quality, and budget. Accountable for all Allied Health Professional Therapists and Therapy Support Staff, directly managing the Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language teams. Maintain an active clinical caseload. Be an innovator, educator, and mentor, providing robust representation for therapy services within the Senior Management Team. Carry out audit, policy, and service development and research activities and/or programmes, proposing and implementing policy and service development changes. Develop and implement standards across Therapy Services that support professional leadership, competence, capacity, and standards of conduct. Collaborate with senior management to define and implement new ways of working to maximise benefits, ensuring gains in both cost-effectiveness and clinical efficiency. Qualifications

HCPC Registration Experience

Experienced Therapist with significant experience in a neurological rehabilitation setting. Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performance team. Passion for patient success and evidence-based practice. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
