Head of Ticketing! In this pivotal role, you will lead the

Ticketing Operations ,

Customer Engagement , and

Tours

teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to all fans and stakeholders. You’ll oversee the operational success of all ticketed events, including Scottish Rugby and third-party fixtures, while continually elevating the customer experience at Murrayfield Stadium and beyond. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in ticketing operations or customer engagement A deep understanding of ticketing systems, processes, and strategies Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams A passion for customer service and the ability to deliver consistently excellent experiences Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously Experience managing budgets and resources, with a keen eye for performance improvement To apply, please submit your CV and covering letter stating why you think you would be suitable for the role.
