My client, a globally recognized Asset Management firm, is looking to hire an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join their rapidly growing business in London.
Before applying for this role, please be aware that you will be required to come into their office 5 days a week and MUST have considerable experience within a support role in a trading floor/asset/wealth management environment.
As a business, they are one of the largest alternative asset managers in their industry and currently look after 915 billion in assets! They operate in private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, infrastructure, life sciences, and growth equity.
The Desktop Support Analyst will have to be a great communicator, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities for the Desktop Support Analyst:
Maintain documentation on how the executives use their technology Proactively identify and track problems/enhancements to continuously improve user experience Identify new technologies or offering alternative ways to enhance their workflows Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues Troubleshoot iOS, Windows 10, and Microsoft O365 Provide remote support of senior executive home offices even after hours Proactive coordination with assistants on their technical needs during travel Monitor and triage VIP queues to avoid any outstanding tickets for the team
