We're looking for a dynamic and skilled

EMEADigital and App lead

to join our team and drive digital marketing strategies and operational excellence across our key sites in London, Burgess Hill, Brighton, and EMEA locations. Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Technology Management: Manage and optimise digital solutions, especially using Dynamify or similar platforms. Work with site teams to engage customers through app ordering, loyalty programs, and digital communication tools. Track digital performance and provide insights to improve user experience and increase adoption. Marketing Strategy Development: Create and run marketing campaigns tailored to specific site audiences. Develop content for websites, social media, and emails, following brand guidelines. Use data to drive marketing strategies that boost engagement, loyalty, and revenue. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between site teams, clients, and Restaurant Associates. Present campaign results, digital adoption, and marketing insights to stakeholders. Build strong relationships with teams to ensure smooth execution of digital and marketing efforts. Leadership & Training: Guide and train site teams to use digital tools and marketing strategies effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge to foster continuous improvement. 3-5 years' experience in digital or marketing. Strong skills in influencing, developing people, and planning. Experience in creating and executing strategies. Self-motivated with a passion for food, service, and trends. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients quickly. Proven track record of driving change and managing projects.
