Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will use your technical expertise to develop and implement new and improved manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment. You will also supervise a small team of operatives, monitor their skills, provide training, and ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve production objectives. Manage volume outputs, quality standards, scrap/rework, safety, and delivery commitments. Oversee trials for new products and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition. Recommend, procure, and utilize manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures. Supervise and organize a small team, ensuring they adhere to the production plan. Provide training and skill development to team members as needed. Liaise with departmental managers to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Minimum Qualifications

Experience: At least 5 years working as an Engineer in a machining environment, preferably with steel. Proficient in CNC programming (FANUC and Siemens controls). Hands-on experience with CNCs, lathes, grinders, and millers. Strong ability to read and interpret CAD/CAM drawings. Effective problem-solving in a manufacturing setting. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of market dynamics. Proficient in IT, numerical skills, and managing team dynamics. Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 16:00 (30-minute unpaid break). Friday: 08:00 to 13:00 (no break). 35-hour workweek, with occasional unpaid overtime as needed. How to Apply
