to join our thriving UK office in Loughton, Essex. The Opportunity This is an incredible role where you will lead a high-performing team of four consultants, all of whom are currently exceeding targets. You will also manage relationships with over 20 signed buying clients, all on
retained
or
RPO agreements , with significant plans to expand this portfolio in 2025. We are looking for someone with a
permanent recruitment background , ideally in
Construction
or
Civil Engineering . While RPO and retained experience is an advantage, we’re open to candidates with contingent recruitment experience – we’ll provide the necessary training to elevate your expertise. About EverHire 2024 has been a landmark year for EverHire, with the opening of two international offices and the addition of 11 new consultants. As a Managing Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our continued growth trajectory. You’ll report directly to our leadership, receiving full support and the autonomy to achieve results in your own way. Collaboration, entrepreneurship, and trust are at the heart of our culture. You will be judged on your results, not micromanaged on your methods. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and inspire a team of four consultants. Manage and grow existing client relationships with retained and RPO agreements. Contribute to the expansion of EverHire’s client portfolio in 2025. Drive performance and achieve personal and team targets. Ideal Candidate Profile Background in Construction or Civil Engineering recruitment . Proven personal billings of £250k+ per year . Demonstrated success in onboarding and developing at least two trainees to achieve probation milestones.
