This internationally recognised practice is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to become the next asset to the firm, as part of a fundamental sector of the business. Within this role, you will be handling your own caseload of Commercial Litigation matters including significant, high value contractual disputes, negligence claims, contractual interpretation, retention of title disputes, sale of goods and services disputes, and misrepresentation claims, as well as large debt claims and insolvency-related issues.
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 3+ years PQE, can work well as part of a team, has excellent client care skills and can work well under pressure.
