The Role
As the Finance Director your focus will be in shaping the financial future of the national business, which will include oversight of all aspects of financial management, strategic planning, and day-to-day operational control. Through your leadership, you will ensure robust financial reporting, operational efficiency, and the development of sound financial strategies across the organisation.
The Candidate
As a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) you will possess significant experience in financial leadership within a professional services or accounting environment. You demonstrate strong financial acumen regarding reporting, strategic planning, and performance management, and show exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior teams. Additionally, you have proven experience of successfully guiding organisations through periods of growth, ensuring stability and continued success.
