Birmingham, AL onsite Benefits & Extras Dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology and financial software Exposure to construction industry financial operations Supportive leadership with a focus on team growth Flexible work-life balance Paid time off and holiday benefits Compensation $55-65k depending on experience What You’ll Be Doing Import and manage labor data, including rates, labor moves, and registers Record and reconcile Workers’ Compensation costs and warranty escrow Oversee insurance, IT costs, and small tools expenses Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with annual audits Manage Sage Security setup and assist with job setup coordination Disburse Textura payments to subcontractors Provide backup for check printing, cash management, and accounts receivable functions What You’ll Need to be Considered Associate’s degree with accounting experience, Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting or finance experience ( construction industry preferred ) Strong communication skills, both oral and written Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI preferred Ability to work independently and meet deadlines How To Apply We’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
