The postholder will play a key role in the development and delivery of high-quality clinical and prevention services. They will provide the overall strategic leadership to the At Scale Services Team. They will be responsible for the development of new areas of work in the area of prevention and lifestyle change. They will contribute to the development of new at scale services as well as driving ongoing performance within existing services and teams. This role requires an individual who is innovative, effective, and passionate about the delivery of high-quality services, working across system boundaries to improve the quality of care for patients. They will be able to develop strategic thinking and interpret it into operational development. They will be able to build confidence across the organisation as well as with external partners; they will be able to operate in smart and inventive ways, developing an agile and problem-solving culture. A key responsibility will be to challenge, support, and develop service teams ensuring robust systems for performance and financial management and quality governance are in place. About us

Senior Leadership Provide senior strategic leadership for the organisation particularly within At Scale Services and One You Haringey (OYH), ensuring that services are managed effectively and deliver against contracts meeting qualitative and quantitative performance targets and within the financial allocations. Provide strong and expert professional and business leadership to clinical services, particularly in service planning, and in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services. Create a culture of strong leadership that nurtures and develops talent within the At-Scale Service and OYH Development areas, ensuring that your own and others' behaviours demonstrate our values. Support the development of talent within the At-Scale Service and OYH, nurturing leadership skills and fostering a culture of innovation. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including commissioners and local acute trusts, to design and implement sustainable service models. Person Specification
Qualifications
Evidence of continuing personal development Experience
Extensive NHS experience leading projects and services Experience leading teams and driving performance Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs, delivering on time and within budget. Successful track record of developing sustainable service models and writing business cases. Experience in working with commissioners and acute trusts to design and deliver services. Demonstrated ability to improve performance of public health initiatives, meeting or exceeding KPIs. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
