Group Executive Director of People Services

at Inspire Education Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies to support our business objectives.

Talent Acquisition:

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, attracting and retaining top talent.

Employee Relations:

Foster strong employee relationships through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Compensation and Benefits:

Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Organisational Development:

Drive organisational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.

Leadership and Team Development:

Lead and inspire a high-performing HR team.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Required Skills:

Seasoned HR Leader:

Proven ability to drive strategic HR initiatives and deliver exceptional results.

Comprehensive HR Expertise:

Deep knowledge of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and organisational development.

Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Relationship Builder:

Skilled in fostering strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
