Looking for a Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience, who can lead and drive the sales and marketing efforts of the firm. They are someone who will be strategizing and implementing effective sales plans, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones. They will play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm's market presence and achieving revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to target potential clients in various sectors Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Marketing Management: Oversee the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to increase brand visibility Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients Identify client needs and tailor services to meet these requirements Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and marketing team Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence Conduct regular training and development sessions Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics Provide insights and recommendations for improvement Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing strategies with company goals

Mandatory Requirements: Proficient in Zoho CRM software and digital marketing tools Proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the accounting or professional services sector

Eligibility Criteria: Possesses Laptop/Desktop Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Willing to work on commission basis for the probation period Willing to work for a growing organisation as per UK shift timing
