Supporting clients with providing industry knowledge, meaningful insights and risk management Suggesting improvements with regards to contracting methods and legal spend Providing sound and professional Commercial advice Maintaining and building relationships with clients and understanding their business needs Drafting, reviewing and negotiating Commercial Contracts Support the wider Commercial team The successful candidate for this Commercial PSL Solicitor will ideally have 3-5 years PQE within Commercial law, is driven, ready to hit the ground running and is confident in their own ability.
