About us Haleys Solicitors is a growing and successful practice with offices in Bradford, Sheffield and Birmingham. We are looking to fill an exciting role for a professional, well known company and are looking to hire an Immigration Solicitor immediately at our Bradford office. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on all aspects of UK immigration law, including visa applications, asylum claims, sponsorship licensing, and settlement applications. Prepare and submit applications to the Home Office and other relevant authorities. Represent clients in immigration tribunals and appeals, as needed. Stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes affecting immigration law. Draft legal documents, including witness statements, supporting evidence, and appeal submissions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a professional and empathetic service. Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions. Manage a varied caseload efficiently while ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. Key Skills and Qualifications Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a current practising certificate. Proven experience in immigration law, with knowledge of family, business, and human rights-related cases. Strong advocacy and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and meet deadlines. Proficiency with case management software and legal research tools. Client-focused approach with a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality. Job Type:

From £35,000.00 to £50,000.00 per year Schedule:

9.00am to 5.30pm – Monday to Friday Work Location:

In person – Birmingham office based with occasional visits to the Bradford and Sheffield offices when required. Experience: Immigration Law: 1 year (required) Legal research: 1 year (required) Negotiation: 1 year (required) Analysis skills: 1 year (required)
