Civil Litigation Solicitor - Bristol
This large insurance company is seeking to hire a civil litigation solicitor to join their civil litigation team in Bristol. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment while gaining valuable experience in civil litigation.
Role:
Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters to include consumer contracts, professional indemnity, and inheritance matters. Working on pre-litigated and litigated matters from inception to proceedings, including Court attendance. Providing support to senior team members on complex and higher value matters. Building and maintaining client relationships, progressing claims in a timely manner in line with the client's insurance policy.
Qualifications:
Qualified solicitor with experience in civil litigation. Solid understanding of contract litigation and experience of small claims and fast track litigation. Legal Expenses Insurance experience is desired but not mandatory. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
