2+ years PQE solicitors

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be involved in a wide variety of high-profile corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance. You will work closely with our clients-ranging from start ups to established multinational corporations-and be at the forefront of shaping strategic business decisions. About the Role: For 2+ Years PQE Solicitors : You will handle a broad range of corporate matters, assisting with due diligence, drafting documents, managing client relationships, and supporting senior colleagues on more complex transactions. For Senior-Level Solicitors : You will take the lead on significant corporate deals, managing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and playing a key role in business development and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on all aspects of corporate law, including M&A, corporate governance, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Managing complex transactions and negotiations, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing high-quality legal advice. For senior-level candidates: Leading teams, mentoring junior solicitors, and contributing to the firm's growth through business development efforts. About You: For 2+ Years PQE Solicitors : You will have a solid foundation in corporate law and be looking to take the next step in your career. Experience in M&A, joint ventures, and corporate governance would be an advantage. For Senior-Level Solicitors : You will have extensive experience in corporate law, with a proven track record of handling complex transactions. You'll be a natural leader, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage and inspire teams. A client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ambition to grow and contribute to the ongoing success of the firm.
