Service Level Reporting: Ensure accurate reporting on waiting lists and service levels.
Customer Journey Analysis: Report on the effectiveness of customer journeys in ASC Operations (e.g., D2A, Transitions, Sensory). Better understand user cohort needs and gather intelligence on hard-to-reach groups or those experiencing inequalities.
