NXTGEN are currently working in exclusive partnership with an well established business based south of Norwich who are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead their finance function. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and optimising financial results, processes, and reporting on cost to enhance profit from external projects. You will manage a small team involving 4 members of staff. This is a crucial role within the company and one where you will work closely with business owners.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the finance function
Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Business partnering with business owners and the SLT
Manage balance sheet reconciliations
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Conduct financial risk forecasting
Provide accurate and timely financial reports
Support process improvements and growth opportunities within FP&A
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with proven experience in a Finance Controller role. Strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management are essential while also being able to demonstrate different management styles to compliment the team.
Salary DOE: 60,000-70,000
