Insight Executive Group are supporting a large public sector organisation with the appointment of an interim Capital Projects Manager. This role is for an initial 6 months interim period, with potential to go substantive at the end. The hourly rate of pay is £34 an hour, inside IR35 through an Umbrella Solution.
Our client has large commercial sites across Salford, Oldham, Fairfield, and Rochdale and needs someone who can travel to these areas regularly.
You will be responsible for providing Project Management across small to large schemes within the organisation, utilising NEC and JCT contracts.
Experience within complex building services or property refurbishments is desired.
You will be required to have a structured, methodical approach to your work.
Healthcare experience is ideal but NOT essential.
