You will be managing 4 clinical leads that cover Mental Health, Pharmacy, Primary Care, and Business Manager. HMP Rye Hill has a capacity of 660 males age 18 and over. Hours:
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week Salary:
This position is full-time, offering an annual salary between £53K - £56K per annum FTE, depending on experience. How will we support you? As a Deputy Head of Healthcare, your responsibilities will vary. You will: Provide outstanding evidence-based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to, and acting on feedback to ensure that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery. Deliver day-to-day operational service delivery and data with integrity, in a timely manner, to meet commissioner expectations. Provide non-judgemental, compassionate care within a financial framework that is safe, high quality, and aligns with CQC requirements, achieved through adherence to policies and procedures and compliance with statutory responsibilities while driving excellence.
