What You’ll Do: Develop and execute cutting-edge sustainability strategies that align with our goals. Lead and manage key environmental programmes across the business. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed sustainable practices in every aspect of our operations. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and drive transparency in sustainability reporting. Stay ahead of trends and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement. About You: You’re a strategic thinker with a genuine passion for sustainability. You thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to inspire and lead change. You’ve got a proven track record in environmental management within manufacturing. You’re proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve problems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years in environmental & sustainability management (manufacturing sector preferred). Experience with regulations and sustainability certifications like IEMA or BREEAM. Bonus if you’re familiar with AS9100 and IATF16949 standards!
