A Regional Law firm based in the West Midlands are looking for a residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their growing department.
You will be responsible for managing a full caseload from instruction to legal completion, in addition to building and maintaining excellent client relationships and working effectively as part of a team.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in: Managing a caseload of new residential conveyancing matters including but not limited to sales, purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, re-mortgages, new builds and shared ownership. Developing long lasting professional relationships with our clients, other solicitors, estate agents, financial advisors and businesses as part of the conveyancing process. Supervising, developing, and mentoring our team, sharing your knowledge to help others grow and reach their full potential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property solicitor/fee earner equivalent to have an invaluable role in the expansion and development of the firm.
