One of the premier law firms in the Plymouth area is looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution team. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to join a progressive and modern firm, where you'll be reporting to the Head of the Dispute Resolution team and will help grow the volume of property litigation work handled by the firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and a proven track record of litigation experience of personally conducting cases of contentious property matters. This is a firm where people genuinely enjoy coming into the office and being part of a team.
Skills and Experience sought:
A solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
An excellent communicator both written and oral and capable of building a good rapport with clients and colleagues
Fully conversant with Word, Outlook, and Excel and capable of working with minimal secretarial assistance
Sets quality as a prime objective in everything they do
Be used to working under LEXCEL or equivalent practice management standard
Driven and with high integrity and high energy
A team player
