Toyota Preston. This is a full-time role, working an average 5-day week between 8:30 - 18:00 and every other weekend. About the Role This role is ideal for a Sales Team Member looking for a step into Sales Management. As Transaction Manager, your aim will be to achieve sales volumes and profit through developing and motivating the Sales Team to ensure every customer receives the very best of customer service. The role will involve managing the supply of vehicles, managing the specification of products in line with local markets and sales trends. You will adhere to and maintain the high level of customer satisfaction records expected of the company. You will be expected to maximize commercial opportunities through developing and implementing effective and consistent events and campaigns. Our ideal Transaction Manager To be successful in this role you will: Hold an excellent record with vehicle sales volumes and margins with a proven customer satisfaction record (i.e. CES/Mystery Shopper) and proven customer retention. Have the ability to motivate staff while regularly communicating with other departments from across the company in order to develop the business. Be of smart appearance at all times and hold a full clean UK driving licence. What we offer our Transaction Manager As well as a stable career, we offer a competitive salary package subject to experience consisting of a basic salary and bonus to reward your performance, which can be increased as you progress your career. You will also receive 30 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), which increases with service up to 33 days, along with various other benefits, including a staff car scheme and contributory workplace pension scheme.
