The Role
As Head of Content, you’ll take ownership of the content function, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, results-driven work. You’ll lead by example, managing a talented team, refining processes, and ensuring high standards across all content outputs. Collaborating with senior leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the agency’s content capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Developing Strategies : Crafting content plans tailored to meet client objectives and elevate their brand presence.
Enhancing Quality : Overseeing all client content to maintain and improve standards.
Leading the Team : Mentoring, coaching, and creating growth plans to enhance team performance.
Optimising Processes : Improving workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
Driving Performance : Monitoring and reporting on content performance, using insights to refine strategies.
Collaborating Across Teams : Aligning content efforts with other functions to achieve client success.
