NMC registered Adult Nurse Masters or Equivalent or working towards NMC mentorship/practice supervisor/assessor qualification Education qualification e.g. PG Cert/Dip Leadership qualification or significant managerial experience Experience

Essential criteria

Experience of designing and delivering clinical education Developing evaluation, RoI, KPIs and impact measures for education and training interventions People management experience Experience at working in partnership with a range of external organisations and contractors to deliver education programmes Experience of leading and delivering change across a large, complex organisation Up to date knowledge of current regulatory frameworks for pre- and post-registration training Desirable criteria

Experience of commissioning and contract management of external suppliers within the public sector Skills
