Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of their direct response marketing activities across digital campaigns, multimedia platforms, and social media. You will combine visionary leadership with hands-on execution to drive excellence, growth, and opportunity. Working closely with the senior management team, this role will empower you to develop cutting-edge strategies, nurture top talent, and deliver measurable commercial success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
– lead, develop and grow. Marketing Campaigns
- design and execute marketing plans across the board, oversee email and direct mail campaigns alongside PPC initiatives, SEO and social media strategies. Digital Assets & Data
– oversee all website and content, manage CRM and databases, track lead sources and monitor ROI. Reporting & Budgets
– deliver weekly KPI-driven reports, manage market budget and monitor and track campaign performance to optimise results. Team Development
- recruit, train and mentor, build a commercially astute and motivated team, foster collaboration across departments. Your will: Drive lead generation and attendee targets for events across multimedia platforms. Maximize customer engagement, retention, and overall lifetime value. Continuously improve reach, impact, and ROI across marketing campaigns. Lead a culture of learning, ensuring the team stays ahead of emerging trends and strategies. Why join our client?
