ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll ensure a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. You should be comfortable working alone, leading a team, and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning.
