Management Accountant – Job Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a dynamic and growing business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, be a team player, and possess strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate management accounts and provide robust analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate with directors and department heads to review monthly performance against financial targets. Prepare board reports and financial review packs. Generate weekly flash reports and ensure their accuracy. Maintain and update balance sheets monthly, supporting audit requirements. Ensure recharge methodologies are well-supported with documented assumptions. Record and eliminate intercompany transactions upon consolidation. Manage the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes to ensure timely completion. Contribute to achieving the finance function’s goals and assist in creating a best-in-class finance team. Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a Management Accountant role. Ideally part-qualified or nearing completion of CIMA or ACCA qualifications (QBE candidates will also be considered). Strong analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. A collaborative team player with a drive for success. What’s on Offer:
