You will lead and manage the development and delivery of a high-quality and efficient offer of classroom-based programmes in English and Maths. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. You will lead curriculum design, foster innovation, and support staff to ensure our learners achieve outstanding outcomes. This is a dynamic and rewarding position for a forward-thinking leader who can align departmental goals with Colchester Institute's strategic priorities. About you

You will have knowledge and experience of current practices and innovations in the Sector and in Further Education. You will be a passionate and experienced leader with a proven track record in education, particularly in the context of English and/or Maths. You will have the skills to inspire and motivate both staff and students to excel. Closing date:
