As our Global Operations Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our global supply chain’s financial management, partnering closely with senior operations leaders to provide strategic insights and analyses that drive business success. Reporting to the Head of Global Controlling, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing financial performance, implementing key cost-saving initiatives, and guiding our operations with robust financial planning. Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, with a hybrid work model, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, global environment with a dedicated high-performance team. Main responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for global supply chain operations, including the S&OP process. Analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Drive the execution of agreed financial improvements. Strategic Business Partnering and Performance Management

Collaborate with the Global Operations Leadership Team to provide insights and recommendations. Support strategic initiatives with financial evaluation and risk assessment. Monitor supply chain performance, implement KPIs, and drive operational efficiency. Prepare and present operational and financial reports to Global Operations Leadership Team. Cost and Risk Management

Monitor cost development, conduct variance analysis, and implement cost-saving measures. Prepare budgets and forecasts while managing operations-related expenses. Identify and mitigate financial risks in supply chain operations. Lead initiatives to improve cost efficiency across sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics. Ensure high-quality data across Finance, IT, Sourcing, and Production systems. Focus Areas:

Product Cost Analysis: Analyze product costs to optimize profitability and competitiveness. Purchasing Controlling: Manage purchasing processes, cost structures, and supplier performance. Logistics Cost Control: Optimize logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve distribution efficiency. Sustainability Data Analysis

Collect and analyze sustainability data for reporting and audits in line with GHG Protocol. Support projects like transportation optimization and sustainable sourcing. Track and implement sustainability strategies aligned with company goals. Manage ESG reporting and respond to stakeholder inquiries. Improve data processes and stay updated on sustainability trends. To be successful in this job, we believe that you possess the following requirements and skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Production Management or a related field. Master’s / Advanced degree preferred. 5-8 years of experience in financial controlling or production controlling. Strong understanding of production process, workflow optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and cost control. Proficiency in financial management software and tools (JDE, Medius Flow, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights related to the impact thereof. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic global environment. Sustainability experience. Ready to make a difference?
