Metal Polisher Well Respected Manufacturing company 37-hour weekdays Great working environment Progression Opportunities Our client, a well-respected manufacturer based in Chorley, is looking for a metal polisher responsible for improving the look and surface finish of components. The role will be hands-on, using a variety of manual machines to remove defects. The Job Polishing of Brass, Aluminium, and Stainless-steel components to clean finishes Using various manual polishing machines and spindles Running a tube centreless machine to achieve a suitable surface finish Liaising with the machine shop manager to ensure jobs are completed on time Cleaning work area and equipment as required Removing dents and scratches as required Ability to use abrasive belts and machines as per requirements of components About You Minimum of 2 years experience in a suitable polishing role Experience inspecting products with a keen eye for detail Experience inspecting production Experience in the polishing process for evaluation and improvement Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the company Ability to work under own initiative Follow the component specification as required If you are interested in finding out more about the vacancy, please send your CV to James @ TRF.
