Job Description Provide administrative support to the HR team Manage HR records and employee database Assist in recruitment processes Coordinate employee training and development programs Handle employment contracts and staff induction procedures Manage staff leave records and absences Deal with employee queries regarding HR-related issues Adhere to UK employment law and compliance The Successful Applicant A successful HR Administrator should have: Good knowledge of HR procedures Strong administrative skills Excellent communication skills Ability to handle confidential information A degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in the not-for-profit sector What's on Offer A competitive salary.
