My client is a national practice wo are looking for an experienced employment solicitor to join their highly ranked employment team based in their Bristol office. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse caseload including a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. The position includes flexible hybrid working options and you can expect a blend of office and home working.

**Key Responsibilities:** Manage a varied caseload from inception to final hearing, including discrimination, settlement agreements, whistleblowing, employee capability, unfair dismissal, TUPE, policies, HR advice, grievances, and more. Provide expert legal advice to both claimants and respondents. Collaborate with a highly respected team to deliver top-quality service to our clients.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

Qualified solicitor with 3 + PQE in employment law with good experience of handling wide ranging employment law, HR matters and Tribunal cases for employers. Experience gained at a reputable employment law team and the ability to manage own caseload.
