Job Details Champion the Financial Control Framework Strategy and assist the company with adherence to the principles and requirements contained within the Framework. Assist in the production, review and monitoring of policies and procedures to ensure appropriate documents are in place within the department and wider organisation relating to the control and management of financial transactions in line with the Financial Control Framework. Perform supplier/partner due diligence reviews, monitoring and reviewing the Company trade credit risk, including credit ratings, sanction checks, statutory account review and provision commentary/analysis. Conduct monthly internal audits and test controls compliance within Finance, monitor and oversee the remediation of deficiencies identified. Provide monthly MI on the Financial Control Framework to Team Leaders and the Finance Leadership Team and responsible for the effective identification, management and reporting of risk within the area of responsibility. Assist in the automation of controls within the department through efficient use of systems to enhance and continuously improve the design and effectiveness of controls, including efficiencies in documentation, assessment, and testing of controls. Skills we would love you to have: PC Literate, with good intermediate working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Reconciliation skills. Ability to influence people at different levels with different requirements. Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to gain buy-in. Strong finance background.
