What an opportunity! This is a rare opening within this organisation, so you won't want to miss out on this one. Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Supply Chain to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic implementation of a new procurement tool suite, maximising cost savings, driving efficiencies in procurement and purchasing, and ensuring sustainability in business operations. This role will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership team within the Engineering department and will encompass procurement across warehousing and logistics functions. Responsibilities as Head of Supply Chain:

Implement and drive continuous improvement in procurement and purchasing processes Maximise cost savings and efficiency in procurement to ensure sustainability Lead and develop a multi-skilled team, providing strong leadership and fostering a nurturing work environment Focus on safety and efficiency improvements for facilities and logistics operations Provide procurement expertise and ensure maximal order efficiency Work with various stakeholders across multiple departments to drive improvements and change Develop and implement procurement strategies for all supplier management and expenditure Lead by example in implementing improvements for the logistics strategy Develop sustainable solutions to any issues arising within the supply chain Qualifications as Head of Supply Chain:

Experience in leading and motivating multi-skilled teams Proven track record in driving change and improvement within procurement and supply chain operations Ability to work in a complex and demanding environment MCIPS qualification or relevant business experience Proven leadership skills across a multi-disciplined team in a dynamic environment Benefits for Head of Supply Chain:
